Feel all of the feelings
Talk about them from the comfort of your home

My approach

I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults improve their social emotional wellbeing in a way that is transparent, collaborative, and strength-based. I’m a Jewish Latina, an advocate of social justice, and I have several years of experience working with children and families who experienced trauma.

Throughout my career, I engaged with people, to see them as individuals, as well as their environment. With curiosity and kindness, I will learn about your journey, family of origin, traditions, rituals, and beliefs, so that together, we can help you get to where you want to go. It’s my role to support you. You are the expert of your life. You are the driver.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I appreciate the National Association Social Worker’s Code of Ethics. I identify most with the following: “Social workers treat each person in a caring and respectful fashion, mindful of individual differences and cultural and ethnic diversity. Social workers promote clients’ socially responsible self-determination. Social workers seek to enhance clients’ capacity and opportunity to change and to address their own needs.” What this means for my practice is that I will tailor services to you and I have the knowledge, experience and flexibility to do so.
